To be a leader is not only to manage a company as a department responsible but completely to be first who make others start sth to do so.I mean,If there is sth that must be achieved it must even be dancing,yes because it needs to be brave.Just look at this young guy,what he does is to link "ability","fun","courage".
He can dance,he has fun;these two are what everyone can do so.However he also makes others dance and have fun.If we go a club,we directly attend others who've danced for a while but if we were to think an empty one,how many of you can be first? that answer makes me decide whom to rent as leaders so :)
